These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReBillion Launchpad, including all features, services, and content offered by ReBillion.ai ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using ReBillion Launchpad, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our service. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
ReBillion Launchpad is a SaaS B2B platform designed to automate client onboarding for real estate teams. Our service enables users to streamline client workflows from contract signature through go-live by providing document management, progress tracking, and client communication tools. The platform is provided "as is" and is intended for business use only.

All content, features, and functionality within ReBillion Launchpad—including software, design, documentation, and materials—are owned by ReBillion.ai or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without prior written permission. Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the service for business purposes only.
Fees for ReBillion Launchpad services are due according to the billing cycle selected during signup (monthly or annual). Payment must be made in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are available only as specified in our pricing documentation or as required by law. Price changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReBillion.ai and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or business interruption—arising from your use of or inability to use ReBillion Launchpad, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or breach your obligations. Upon termination, your data will be retained or deleted according to our privacy policy. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services rendered.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in the United States.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of ReBillion Launchpad after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
